Senior Director, Antler India
I built the Antler India Residency Program across 6 cohorts and helped founders at the earliest stages of ideation to move towards clarity and execution. As a part of this role, I was responsible for sourcing founders for cohorts (of 60- 70 founders each) across 10000+ applications to the cohort.
I also helped manage the healthcare and D2C portfolio across companies like Stance Health, Kubo Care, Innergize, Freshcon, Wellopia and more!

I have also worked with select LPs to help the fund raise capital. As a part of the early team, I've worked to manage the People function to set processes and policies for the fund.
March 2019 - June 2020
Founder, Gigi Benefits (YC W20)
I was one of the founders of Gigi Benefits, a marketplace to offer benefits to gig workers across blue and white collar sectors. GIGI creates financial solutions for the 150 million freelancers and gig workers in India.

We were funded by a premier fintech focussed fund based in India and then YCombinator in January 2020. At YC, we were one of the 25 startups from India in the Winter 2020 batch. As a fintech company focused on solving an urgent problem - that of gig worker benefits, we used our time in YC to work on refining our product and ramping up our go-to-market strategy.
Covid changed priorities and I moved out to figure out the next part of my career.

May 2012 - Feb 2019
Director, Customer Experience, Urban Ladder
I joined Urban Ladder as their first employee and the only member in the Customer Service team. One of the core journeys in my career that shaped my thinking around building customer centric brands, all the while enabling culture that pushes people forward within the organization.
​
As a part of this role at UL, I worked to build the excellent and now renowned customer service culture, team and processes. I was also part of the core team to launch UL's first retail experience and craft an omnichannel customer strategy. Aside from that, I did everything that a first employee would do in a startup - make coffee to refresh our internal dashboard fervently to see the newer orders come in!

It was a ride of a lifetime and I continue to be in touch with some of my customers from UL who are friends now :)
May 2005 - Feb 2008
Adwords Team, Google India
First job, right after college! I was hired straight off campus to work at Google Hyderabad. It was exhilarating to say the least and set me off on a path to discover the intersection of technology and the revolution it could bring to the world.

I worked on the Adwords team, grunting away at clearing ads for Google's most premium of customers!
