I'm Nandini.

I have worked in the early stage ecosystem as a first employee, operator, founder and investor across the last 15+ years. 

​

I've been on the early teams at Urban Ladder (2012-19) and Antler (2020 - 2025). I've also been a founder myself with Gigi Benefits, (YCW20) where we built a marketplace to offer benefits to gig workers.

Currently, I'm prepping for my first 10k run, learning Mandarin, pottery and working to coach for 100 hours to get my first ICF certification!

I enjoy working at the intersection of people, technology and community. An avid reader, I derive a lot of understanding of people and the rooms I walk into from reading fiction.

 

I'm an unapologetic feminist and that informs my life, work and politics.

I tweet about my son's antics and overshare all the time. I also write a personal blog in a rambling way, with great abandon here, apart from my weekly notes here on My World This Week.
